If she isn’t in the office, you can probably find her in the ocean surfing or walking her two dogs through Cape May.
Renee Poiesz, Interior Designer
Renee’s career brought her to the shore after working for over five years in the Main Line area. She began as an intern at a well-established design firm which later offered her a full-time position as an Interior Designer. In addition, she gained a great deal of experience working at an Architecture and Design firm based out of Philadelphia, PA. Renee received a BS in Interior Design from The College of Architecture and the Built Environment at Philadelphia University.
Renee spent all of her summers at her parent’s beach house in Sea Isle City, which solidified her love for the beach and any activities having to do with the ocean. From day one, her design aesthetic has always been influenced by the shore environment and lifestyle.

While originally a Florida native, Jennifer moved to Cape May County in 2010 along with her husband who is a builder in the area. When she isn’t busy balancing the books, Jennifer can be found attending a yoga class or walking her dog, Zelda, on the beach.
Lois Meyer, Operations Assistant

Lois was born and raised in Cape May County and has a well-rounded knowledge of local services and businesses.
Kate Conaboy, Design Assistant
Raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Kate’s admiration for the city and urban lifestyle led her to attend Temple University, where she graduated with a BA in Advertising; Art Direction. Various design internships and working for a flourishing vintage rentals company in the city sharpened Kate’s layout and staging skills, eventually leading her to enroll in Moore College of Art and Design’s Certificate program for Interior Design studies. After schooling, Kate made the move to New York City where she worked for a fabric and wallcovering company, assisting sales reps with product sales and in house shop jobs.
Eventually, Kate’s lifelong love for the beach (she spent her summers in Avalon growing up) took precedence and she decided it was time to move down to Cape May full time, joining the Summer House team in 2016. In her down time, Kate loves seeing live music and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
Rich Medora, Installation Manager

His most recent place of employment was at an architectural millwork and custom cabinetry shop where he project managed and engineered jobs for clients from start to finish. A carpenter by trade, Rich is fully proficient in AutoCAD and has a general knowledge of most trades. This varied skilled set enables him to problem solve everything the designers send his way!
Originally from Philadelphia, Rich moved to New Jersey in 1980 and recently relocated to Wildwood Crest in 2014. He enjoys cooking (and eating) elaborate meals with his wife when he isn’t busy working.
