An urban based couple with young children requested a sleek monochromatic interior to showcase their growing art collection. This waterfront Stone Harbor Home was over 90% renovated both inside and out to accomodate a tight construction time frame. All the rugs, fabrics, even millwork selections were performance based to insure their longevity. The kitchen island is composed of three levels to accommodate any choice of seating. Custom lighting and speciality wallpapers added to the subtle uniqueness of this home.
