Our clients were looking to accommodate their growing hosting needs, thus calling for this new construction project. They wanted to keep the charm of their original 1930s home, which has always been referred to as “The Happy House”, and this is reflected in the Sun Room’s layout and character. The open kitchen and dining space make for a great entertainment area, with a large island and round dining table. The Laundry room also functions as a safe place for their dog, which has a built-in dog gate and nap area. On the second floor, the Bunk Room was designed for tall college aged boys. As you walk through the home, you are welcomed with warm hues and subtle notes of blue.
