Situated on an Avalon Lagoon, with the owners love for the color blue, was the starting point for the interiors in this full scale renovation. The Main Living level includes a two Island Kitchen with the counter stools and banquet seating to accommodate this family. The Dining Room coffee/cocktail built-in has an additional refrigerator which helps keep the kitchen manageable during meal prep. The Laundry with two sets of washers and dryers keeps the five bedrooms (One being a double Built-In Bunk Bed) up to speed with all their linen needs.
