The family owned this property for a few years before rebuilding to better serve their needs. Always hosting and entertaining, a game room was incorporated with a billiard and card table as well as a wet bar. Built-ins were designed in their daughters’ bedrooms which offer additional sleeping for friends and hang out areas. Having a modern style, our clients forgave the use of applied molding and we instead added texture and visual interest through the use of wallpaper which can be seen on the fireplace and stairwell elevations, in bathrooms and in the built in nooks.
